November is the very best months to fish in Nuevo Vallarta. This is what we’ve all been waiting for here in Nuevo Vallarta fishing. For starters, we’re going to experience a lot of the similar fishing that we experienced had last month. Marlin, sailfish, tuna, and dorados. We also have a several fishing tournaments coming up in the November. The Los Muertos tournament is a local and international angler favorite. This is one of the biggest tournaments of the year, usually, around 200 boats enter this tournament and target mostly mahi -mahi and sailfish. There are some great prizes this year 350,000 pesos and many more. The next international fishing tournament is November the 9th for registration and there will be three fantastic fishing days for Marlin, sailfish, tuna, and dorados. There is big money in these tournaments and some of the top fishermen /charter companies will be fishing this event.500,000forMarlin,300,000 for sailfish and dorados well.

The significant changes from October to November are, we just have such perfect conditions for fishing. The cobalt blue water, the ideal temperature, and plenty of bait fish. If you’re looking for a wall hanger as we call them ” something to take home forever” November is a fantastic month to be here for all kinds of pelagic fish. We catch a little bit of everything. Not to worry if you are looking for a fun day in the bay we have plenty of action here as well. Spanish mackerel, yellowtail, mahi-mahi, and some snapper.
We also offer several different kinds of trips during the winter months. One of our specialty trips is half a day fishing and half a day whale watching. You can see a lot of our videos on YouTube which have become quite famous with a lot of our catches and some of the incredible whale-watching videos. One of our other really requested trips is half a day fishing and then spending some time on the beach either snorkeling or having lunch. These are fantastic trips and some of our most requested.

The whales usually start showing up in December in full force but are usually around in November as well, so if you’re interested in one of our specialty trips, please give us a call on one of our toll-free numbers or our e-mail. March is one of the better months for fishing here in the Nuevo Vallarta and we have so much to offer in the way of deep-sea fishing, bottom fishing, reef fishing and trolling for the big game. There will be many different kinds of billfish such as Marlin sailfish and some of the other top pelagic fish here in the month of March in Nuevo Vallarta. Once we have a handle on the coronavirus there will have many clients coming back down to beautiful the Nuevo Vallarta to enjoy the fishing. We also have great beaches, 5 star hotels, and the spectacular food. In the meantime, we’re hoping everything can get back to normal for us here in Mexico and other countries around the world.
When the fishing return to normal here in Nuevo Vallarta I’ll be expecting incredible Bay fishing. March is one of the best times to be here in Nuevo Vallarta. The main reason are the weather, sunny beaches, fantastic places to stay along our beautiful Coast, numerous places to eat and the fantastic bay fishing we offer. They’ll be all kinds of fishing to enjoy here. The most popular are bottom fishing, some digging, some live baiting and some trolling. These different kinds of fishing methods usually produce schools of Yellowtail, some of the skipjack tuna, California bonitas. There will be some of the large roosterfish we see along the South Shore in March.
The mahi-mahi action continues in November. We’re out yesterday hooked up several mahi mahi and saw several sailfish and Marlin. We’re still seeing a lot of tree stumps old stuff floating in the water and this is holding Dorados like crazy. Some days we can pull up and catch the Dorado each cast. Incredible action to put it bluntly.
We’ve had lots of families over the vacation holidays doing lots of bay trips and producing quite a few fish. We have a 13 year old boy landed his first Marlin with his family from Chicago way to go Matt. Can you imagine how exciting this was for him and family.
